We collaborate with homeowners, interior designers, and custom builders to evaluate each plan we design while paying close attention to all of the small details that impact the function and look of the entire home.

Our design process is based on anticipating and solving problems before the construction process starts. We welcome the challenge of creating unique homes for our clients.  Before coming to us for help, the majority of our clients have already spent countless hours searching online through hundreds of plans and some even try to design their own.  They have a good idea of what they want, but none of the plans have everything they wanted and needed.  That’s where our custom design services come into play.  Effective design ensures functional, efficient use of space, combined with proper proportions creating strong aesthetic value.

Brittany is a creative design professional who has a passion for designing houses.  Her educational background, natural talent, winning attitude, and exceptional work ethic makes her a true professional.  Her knowledge of diverse design styles is evident in all of her projects. She has excellent listening skills, is very detail oriented, and is easily able to communicate, solve problems and visualize.   As a skilled designer, Brittany is able to produce plans personalized to her client’s taste while creatively blending form with function. Brittany graduated from Anderson University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design.    Brittany’s proficient use of 3-D computer aided design is instrumental for clients who need extra help visualizing their home design.

Tim Strickland, Consultant

Tim is a results-oriented hands-on design and construction professional with over 25 years of expertise in all facets of the industry.  Tim served as an architectural designer for Fluor Daniel Construction Company for six years, before launching his own construction and drafting companies. His experience and technical expertise in conception, planning and drafting are the backbone of every new home design or remodel. One of Tim’s greatest assets is his excellent communication skills that includes his ability to ask targeted questions and to listen attentively as you describe your dream home. More than creating aesthetically pleasing designs, his work blends his knowledge of construction, materials and space utilization in a way that enhances the value and satisfaction of each home owner.  He has a verifiable track record in developing partnerships, building positive rapport with builders, project managers, engineers, surveyors, interior decorators, local officials, vendors, and clients. In addition, Tim’s proficiency in designing projects using computer aided drafting (CAD) results in plans that are both functional and stunning.
